Delete your account

How to delete your Book Nawa account and data.

In the app (immediately)

  1. Open the Book Nawa app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile and tap the gear icon ⚙ Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted at once. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your name, email, password and photo
  • Listening history, progress and registered devices
  • Notes, highlights, ratings and favourites
  • Comments, clubs, challenges and quiz results
  • Questions you asked and support messages

Kept with no link to you

  • Anonymous usage statistics
  • Security logs of sign-in attempts
  • Encrypted backups until they are replaced

Can’t open the app? Request deletion

Send the email address of your account. We will contact you to confirm it is yours, then delete the account and its data within 30 days.
